MarkBellis Inc. is prepared to consider transactions across the risk spectrum. It strives to be flexible, nimble and opportunistic in its approach. As a result, for the right opportunity, it will consider investments in earlier stage businesses, potentially in spaces where venture capital or even seed capital are typically employed..

Private Equity

MarkBellis owns interests in a diverse portfolio of unlisted companies, with key holdings in the resources, construction, oil and gas and agricultural industries. It seeks out investments into established businesses with proven track records and strong management teams. MarkBellis Inc. does not seek control, but generally prefers equity stakes in excess of 25%, either directly or as part of a larger consortium
